Hi Leigh,
Thanks for your post :) Due to the natural formulation of rescue balm it can tend to seperate but this is perfectly normal and does not alter the effectiveness of the balm.
Simply mix in those lovely nourishing oils into the balm on your hand and then apply to the skin as normal. The oils will mix in so that the balm can be applied nice and smooth to the skin.
