High oleic sunflower and safflower oils
Can anyone recommend brands of high oleic sunflower oil in the UK and where to get them? I can't find any.
Organic if possible.
Also, does safflower oil have to be high oleic as well?
I'm using a bit of hemp in smoothies but otherwise I need a break from rice bran oil.
Any suggestions really appreciated. Thanks.
