Amine test - meat leftovers reheat or cold?

Hi Nutritionists.

I'm testing amines -

for the leftover chicken with skin on test, please clarify - do I eat it cold or reheat it?

That's great to hear that you're ready to test amines. Now you're starting the fun part!


Great question! To start with, I recommend eating the chicken cold as heating meat can slightly increase the amine content. If you're fine with it cold you can then test heating the leftovers.
