dyshidrotic eczema.

Hi everyone,

I’ve had dyshidrotic eczema on my hands for about a year and a bit now. At first, I thought it might be some kind of infection because I’m a nurse working in acute areas. However, after having it swabbed and checked, it’s been confirmed that it’s not an infection.

I just don’t know how to get rid of it. At the moment, applying neat tea tree oil seems to help, but every time it feels like it’s about to clear up, the blisters come back again.

If anyone has experience with dyshidrotic eczema or any tips on how to manage it, I’d really appreciate your advice. I’ve always struggled with eczema, but this type on the palms of my hands is very different and more difficult to deal with.

Thank you so much for any help you can give!

Yes, I agree, gloving up a lot can have it's own problems. Hope you find a way through. Castor oil? Happy Christmas!
