Eczema safe pill capsules?
I use RSO oil to help me sleep through the night but I don't like how I consume it currently. I want to put the thick oil in a capsule for easy ingestion, rather than my current under the tongue method.
Are there even safe one available? What should I look for?

Absolutely, helps with so much. I use it topically mixed w moisturize also for cuts and bumps.
