Flax
How would you suggest introducing Flax? A teaspoon in a smoothie to start with?
I'm looking to find something nutrionally that may help to stabilise my skin, the areas which are still easily reactive and irritant prone.
Is Flax a good option for this, or is there something else I should big up on?
Any advice appreciated.

I will, thankyou, as noted above on 2 teaspoons of Flax at moment with no issues, so fingers crossed for putting it in bread in larger doses!
