Caffeine & sugar detox
Hiya all! I'm just about to start my caffeine & sugar free week before I go on to the FID. A couple of questions before I start... 1. Can I have maple syrup & rice bran syrup? I saw they're allowed on FID, but I wasn't sure about this week? 2. Can I have fruit like raspberries and natural fruit sugars during this week? 3. Do I start the AM & PM supplements this week or start from FID? Thanks so much all x
