Hi, I am doing FID. I usually cooked beans (after soaking them) in large amounts and freeze for time saving and convenience. There are no meats or fish in these beans. Often I'd add a sauteed misture of leeks, green onions, white potato (Russett which is the type that has white flesh), cabbage to the beans. Is it OK to freeze these beans and eat them after being in the freezer for 2 weeks?
