AMLA Indian Gooseberry
Has anyone got any experience of this?
I'd really like to try it for a range of reasons.
Any nutritional advice re skin and eczema detox/FID really welcome.

Just an update on this - I have been using this now for several months and have not so far had any issues, so I don't know if anyone else has tried them, but I know that berries are sources of very high salicylates, so possibly not worth dicing with unless the skin has stabilised.
