I find Modal cotton 100% or within 98% feel great and no itch! Calvin Klein & Isaac Mizrahi have some good ones, especially when on sale. Bamboo socks by Hugh Ugoli available on Amazon feel and wear the best if properly washed and dried… don’t bake them in the drier ;)
