Be Patient,Be Diligent, Use the HSK Tools and staff and Forums for Support, You will yield life changing Results!
Its been an ardous journey with our son Joseph. We did really well for a number of years with the diet but let our guard down and let him eat whatever his heart desired, Fast forward to Feb 2022 and his skin was so broken in his elbow folds that he walked around with his arms bent like an old man. For parents there is light at the end of the tunnel. We just have to be patient and really do our due diligence with the tools the Exzema Life Team has.
We are currently using the following:
AM/PM Skin Friend
1/4 Teaspoon Barleans Cold Pressed Flax Seed Oil unflavored (2 times a day). Could be more but we just stuck with what's been working.
24 Hour Rescue Balm (Morning after shower,Night after shower)
Zoobies Zinc Wraps ( Recommended from one of HSK podcasts in February March 2022 or sometime around that time).
Lean Fresh Meats,Beans, lettuce, brussel sprouts, white fish, oatmeal, white potatoes)
NOTE: WE HAVE DISCOVERED SOMETHING NEW AWHILE BACK. BLACK PEPPER was removed from his diet, we use to use it all the time. And saw great results when we removed the black pepper as well as eggs.
One thing I encouraged him to do as it occurred to me that when he walked, his arms were bent , naturally his skin would heal to that new position he grew himself into, so I encouraged him to daily extend his arms, little by little and we can happily say, 'THAT' excercise has allowed his skin to REBOUND and stretch to where it normally should be, so he doesn't walk with bent arms anymore.
Not sure why but the post underlined the first paragraph.
First pic is day 1 of detox as you can see, skin was cracked.
2nd pic is 1 month into detox, skin has slowly started to heal, cracks not as pronounced, but still present.
3rd. Pic is this morning, after a rough week last week from cheat days he recovered well and skin still looks better than before we started.
Thank you HSK and Eczema Team!!!! We love you all so much🤗😭🥰

Thank you Jerry for sharing your journey and these photos, this is so good to see. I am so glad to hear the last tweaks like removing the pepper showed great results. Keep up the great work and keep us posted!
