Zyrtec or Xyzal to help with itching and flare-ups.
Bonus fyi tip I just discovered is Ambien I take for sleep reacts to Zyrtec with increased chances of hives and rashes.
Switched to Xyzal which I read helps people more with skin problems and irritations to deal with the itching symptoms and flare-ups. Seems to be working much better!
Does anyone else know more on this?
