Shampoo?
Hi, now I'm doing FID I really notice an immediate trigger, and that happened after I washed my hair this morning! I thought my very natural shampoo and conditioner were fine as others have caused massive reactions on my head and down my back, but I noticed a definite flare on my arms after I showered today. Any recommendations for eczema friendly products? I've tried super sensitive and that one made me flare massively! Could things like coconut in products (ie things we're not supposed to eat) also be bad when in skin/hair products?

You may be allergic/reactive to anything in ingredients labelled ‘fragrance’ or ‘parfum’. It’s a ‘natural’ ingredient found in many organic otherwise natural products as well, but I’m reactive/allergic to it and since avoiding I’ve been fine 🙂
