Parsley tea

If anyone is missing green or herbal teas and can tolerate small amounts of parsley, I've just discovered parsley tea! It's super delicious, has an earthy mellow flavour without the bitterness you sometimes get with green tea. Very easy to make, I just steep a pinch of dried parsley in boiled water for 2-3 minutes. Not sure what the nutritional benefits are but I'm sure there are some!
