Monkfish
Is this suitable on Fid elimination? It is white and I believe low mercury, but I'm not sure as to whether it is counted as small.

Thankyou for the clarification, Karen. I'll check the documents.
I reacted negatively to the first amine test of trout - the trout was okay in fact - but then the salmon after that was a no go, so I was looking to diversify within the fid allowed group, and so the monkfish gives me a bit more leeway, if only occasionally!
Now just waiting for things to subside on the amine front before I sail on into the dangerous waters of papaya testing!
