Collagen powders
Hey guys x - quick question about collagen supplments/powder - there so much information about taking it- and I have been having knee problem for while and lot information say good for joint/skin anti aging but lot time it from animal source - and I have avoided as I try and stick with what you guys say - but thought I would ask what you guys think? Also if you did say okay what one would you recommend, I live in uk.

What about plain unflavoured marine collagen from Eczema Detox approved fish? Same rules as bovine collagen (for those that don't eat land mamals)? Thanks
