Fruits & Flax
Hi
Just prepping for the FID next week. Other than the apples & pears mentioned, is there any other fruit I can have? Thinking the sugar cravings are going to be tricky so was thinking Persimmons might be a good option. What do you think?
Also can I use flax seeds in smoothies, waffles, etc. rather than flax oil?
