Reintroducing eggs

Hi, I need calcium and like eggs. I notice they don't feature much even though they're low in salicylates and amines, so should be good for FID. Why is this? Is there another issue with egg affecting skin?

I am testing and am fine with bananas, potatoes and leftover meat.

Is it suitable for me to test eggs now?

Egg does not commonly feature in our recipes as it is one of the most common allergy food associated with eczema. But if you test it and find you’re okay with egg then it’s a great addition to your diet. I try to eat a little bit of egg each week (hidden in pancakes as I can only tolerate egg when in baked goods, not whole). So try it and see how you go. Good luck!
