Skin flare ups on FID
Hi there,
My names Alexandra and I'm seeking some guidance while following the FID program. I have been strictly following the FID program for 7 weeks. When I started, I only had small patches of eczema, but since being on the FID program, it has flared up really badly and has spread all over my face and body. This is the worst my eczema has been in a long time and I am struggling with what to do. I have been keeping a diary of everything I have consumed and can't seem to pinpoint what the cause would be.
I have previously followed the FID program in January/Feb with great success. My skin cleared up quickly within the two weeks & I was able to find out I react to amines which I have since avoided. I have not been able to test further as my eczema has not been clearing up. I have strong faith in the program, I'm just feeling a little disheartened because I feel as though I am doing everything to follow the program and seeing no results.
I would really appreciate any advice! Thank you.

Thank you so much for this! This is all really great advice. I'm going to make these changes and include the AM and PM supplements as well.
