Do i really have to cook fresh each day at Elimination stage?
I guess I'm really asking 2 questions here: 1) Do I really need to freshly cook each day at the Elimination stage? Would cooking up the night before interfere with this stage of the FID process? and 2) How can I do that when I go to work 5 days a week? I can manage it the days I'm not working - at home and cooking when I need to - but can someone give me some tips as to how to achieve this, the days I go to work? I'm starting Day 1 of the FID Elimination stage tomorrow after completing a coffee detox. Many thanks in advance.
