Mast Cell Activation Syndrome
Two steps forward, one step back. Grateful for all the knowledge shared in the books and on this forum! It has been critical to improving my health for the long run! Dealing with MCAS (believe I found the trigger and removed it), can only eat 10 foods (olive oil, salt, blueberries, a few raspberries, sweet potato, brussel sprouts, asparagus, quinoa, salmon, lean meats) and wondering how do I move through MCAS? How do I calm my immune system? Is there a natural way? (Docs suggest H1 and H2 blockers, DAO supplement before meals, and quercetin.) How do I move through this to make MCAS a thing of the past? Thx for any/all advice!!
I'm still taking skin friend! Love it!!

Jackie, healing your eczema can help to calm down/prevent the MCAS as broken skin (and skin infections) can trigger food intolerances.
