Legumes
What foods are considered legumes? Feel a bit embarrassed asking but given it's been suggested not eat legumes during the first 2 weeks of FID elimination period, it's occurred to me I'm not sure I know which foods are or are not legumes. For example are lentils legumes? Many thanks in advance.
