Finding courage to start

I feel like I have read all your books a thousand times and still struggle to find the courage to actually start

The biggest struggle is cutting caffeine for me. I have two young kids, study a full-time science degree and rarely sleep well. I feel like I’ve relied on caffeine for so long (2 cups a day for the last 4 years) I’m scared of my withdrawals and how I’ll manage

Are there any tips on how to start? How to make the transition easier? I’m already following a GF & DF diet

I’m scared to be quite honest with you

I am starting my caffeine and sugar withdrawal week tomorrow and I’m nervous but also excited as it means that I’m one step closer to actually starting the FID
