Paw paw
Hi guys, a quick question about paw paw/papaya - I put in my smoothy but I thought I put the seeds as well as I had read they are good, but was that mistake as I do seem bit itchy not sure if it that or something else? what do you guys think? 🤔

Hi Aimee, pawpaw seeds are a very strong anti-parasitic /parasite remedy that can cause diarrhoea, and it is unknown what compounds are in them. They may have caused some itching but the only way to tell is to avoid and re-test them again (which I suggest not doing, but instead just avoid them).
