Testing Queries
HI Karen/Bonnie
Having tested potatoes, rice and oats, is there anything else in FID which I might need to test for sensitivities before I move on to other testing? Reason I ask is that my skin is not yet completely healed (I would say 60-70% better overall with some parts of the body far clearer than others - for example my right hand is far clearer than my left hand)
I just wondered if there could be something in FID that I might still be sensitive to? Or is the fact that I have had significant improvement on FID normal (and I have tested rice, oats and potatoes) and means that there is nothing left to test before I proceed to start expanding my diet? I wondered for example whether beans/legumes (I eat a lot of these) should be something I test for?
Final question, how much green alkalising vegetables should I be trying to eat each day? I sometimes struggle to incorporate these as I find it easier to eat meat, beans and rice (not as much prep required) - I wonder if that might be holding me back a bit?
Thanks!
Mark

I agree too. Legumes are a great thing to test. Have a meat/chicken/animal protein week where you eat no legumes (beans, chickpeas etc). And then have a day or two of eating legumes to test them.
