80% there, but stubborn reoccurring rash

I've been doing gluten free FID for 5 months and it's been slow but great, I'm 80 % clear and my skin is stronger in places than ever. I've succesfully reintroduced some moderate salicylates. However, I get a reoccurring leopard spot rash every evening, after lurking beneath the surface during the daytime, on neck, chest and shoulders. I have checked for environmental factors but cannot identify triggers, although I am currently undergoing allergy and patch testing which may reveal something. As I have made some positive reintrodutions, and have more room to play, would eliminating things from FID to see if that's what is preventing me from healing completely, be worthwhile? Although that would be strange as I have 80% healed from FID! Is there something else nutritionally that could be lacking, even though I eat across the range and take AM and PM? Or, is it just a matter of time? Any guidance, advice or experiences on this one would be really welcome.

Hi Rowenna, don’t take extra vitamin B6 as there is the right amount in Skin Friend AM. Too much B6 can cause nerve damage (make your legs go numb). So many supplement companies add too much B6 to their products and as a result they are unsafe to take long term. Less is more with B6. Give us more details about your rash so we can see what might help. Eg… Does it come and go?
