What's next after the FID testing stage?

Hi there! I have finished the FID testing phase and have found out I react to soy sauce (but not tofu, how does this work?) and think eggs may not be great for me either. I already knew I was allergic to dairy and try and limit gluten as much as possible. I am just wondering what is next and am wanting to do the next phase right after all the hard work on the FID diet.

1. Since I haven't reacted to amines and salicylates, is it okay to reintroduce these back into my diet, or if I can, still try and avoid them until my skin heals completely? I am a bit cautious of suddenly eating all these amine and salicylate rich foods that I haven't had for a month! Is it best to maybe test new common foods like avocado, for example, rather than add in all the different veges and fruits I have been avoiding?

2. I am also planning on going to two weddings soon and they have said they can't cater to this strict diet, so I am just going to avoid dairy, soy, eggs and gluten. Is this going to be okay?

3. I found my skin started to clear three weeks in, but it has recently flared up, and I think this may be solely due to stress. Is this possible? If so, any tips?

Thanks so much in advance for any help you can offer!
