Headaches and feeling sick
I am 5 days into FID. I feel very sick. Have had a headache all week, and my eczema seems worse. Is this sugar withdrawal?
I just listened to a podcast saying parsley is now not allowed. I have been using a fair bit of parsley oil,
Any tips for managing the headache? When will the sugar withdrawal stop? Can I take Panadol?
