Fermented foods and leftovers
Hi again!
I just had two additional questions:
I‘m wondering if I might be allergic to fermented foods? Not sure if you can advise on this? I reacted to soy sauce the most out of any foods on the FID diet and have also reacted badly to alcohol, kombucha and dairy so avoid these foods.
I’m also wondering whether it is best to still avoid leftovers post FID while my skin heals? Or is it okay to cook enough for say two meals instead of just one?

What would we do without them, I wish they there was a inic in each country and then each state and each city then the world would be eczema free!!😁
