Fresh Fish
Dear Karen, Bonnie, and Anyone,
How do you know the fish you brought is really fresh fish? There is a possibility that the fish you bought was frozen and your local fishmonger defrosted it. Any tips and experiences are welcome.

The best way to know if it’s been frozen is to ask. Any good fishmonger (or fish shop owner or manager) will know if they thawed it. Hope that helps! Karen
