Hi what dose of hemp seed oil should I take per day? Also is it okay to take the capsules? Can’t seem to find organic capsules

Hi Mark,
Hemp seeds are moderate in salicylates and amines, so it is suitable for those on the Eczema diet program. If you are following the FID Program, avoid Hemp seeds and hemp protein powder (for now) and test them during the FID testing phase. In the meantime, Hemp seed oil, in small amounts (¼ to ½ teaspoon), is allowed on the FID Program as it is an important source of omega-3.
If you are following the eczema diet you can trial 1 teaspoon per day.
