Psoriasis

Hi All. Am doing FID again for the second time for eczema on my hands and ankles and have been making steady progress over the past 10 weeks. Unfortunately I appear to have developed Psoriasis on the top of my right foot. It appears to be Psoriasis as it develops silvery scales overnight bleeds a lot and behaves differently to my eczema (i.e whilst the eczema is slowly clearing up, the Psoriasis is getting worse. Any views as to what I can do? I am aware that FID is meant to help for Psoriasis as well although it doesn't appear to have helped here as I developed it whilst having been on FID for over a month. I must say that I do tend to eat a lot of red meat on FID (steak and lamb) and was wondering whether I need to eliminate that for a while? Bit down about this as it feels like I have a mountain to climb now having to deal with another skin issue 😟 Any suggestions welcome!

Thanks Karen. I take Skin Friend AM and PM daily. Should this provide me with enough calcium? Should I lay off red meat? Any other tips for Psoriasis? We are undergoing a major building project at home so there is a lot of builders dust flying around which has definitely worsened my daughter eczema. Could that be playing a role?
