DAO Supplement

Hi! Due to some sensitivities, I've started the FID without grains, potatoes and legumes. I'm not sure how to get DAO? Should I take a supplement? If so, do you recommend a specific one? Besides mung beans and pea sprouts, are there any other food sources of DAO? Thank you for your time!
