Staying hydrated on FID + possible food additions
Hi there,
I am still currently on FID elimination in my 5th week. My skin is really drying out. The environment here is very cold and dry at the moment so I am taking that into account and trying to make environmental adaptations. However, is this a possible affect of adapting to FID?
Apart from drinking plenty of unfiltered water, is there any nutritional advice you can give for staying hydrated - perhaps food combinations or preparations that favour skin hydration?
Also - on FID elimination - is it possible to include:
celeriac?
turnip?
white sweet potato?
Really appreciate any advice and suggestions.
