Potato reaction
Hi I'm doing the FID and moved on to testing, testing Salmon first which I ate at the weekend. I then moved on to testing potatoes, the reason being is that it would make my life a lot easier if I could eat them! I thus ate potatoes on Tuesday/weds but also was a bit naughty and some packs of ready salted crisps which are cooked in rapeseed oil. Sadly my skin on my hands and forehead has slightly got worse. I can count about 3-4 new eczema spots on my hands. Question is now that I have had a reaction how long should I wait until I move on to testing banana and papaya? Do I wait until my skin improves again then test? Thanks Mark

Thanks Bonnie. Funnily enough I made the FID bread a few weeks ago which was yum but had a bad reaction to it which I now suspect was due to the potato starch in the recipe. Any idea what I could substitute for the potato starch?
