Rosacea/Histamine/Vegan Diet
Hello, I've been suffering from rosacea for a few years and have worsening histamine intolerance. I am also a long-term ethical vegan (eating meat/fish again isn't an option). Is following FID the best place for me to start, given the histamine intolerance? e.g. Soya is often sited as being a problem for histamine intolerance but I think it's included in FID as a vegan source of protein. Any advice would be most appreciated! Thank you
