Swedes? Rutabaga?
are Swedes allowed on the FID diet? I am trying a candida cleanse for a week while being on the FID diet and noticed that swedes are allowed in a strict candida diet and that they are on the FID diet as well - but turnips aren't. Am I right? Also any types in telling Swedes and Turnips apart?
