Problems with testing

Hi All

I have been trying FID now for nearly 2 years. FID eliminates my eczema within a month to 6 weeks if I do it strictly. I have made real progress symptom-wise and managed to eliminate most of the eczema on my feet. Its just my hands which are proving stubborn. My issue is that whenever I try and come off FID by testing new foods (as described on this site) the eczema seems to return and I end up having a big flare up. I get mixed up as to what is actually causing the symptoms. I am thinking that my reaction time to testing new foods takes longer than 3 days. If I was to try and do the testing as prescribed here I cannot simply test foods and then try another food after 3 days. I think I need to wait longer for any reaction then test another food. I also dont quite know what amounts of food I should test - I think that might be confusing things as well.

Any advice would be much appreciated as to how I should proceed with testing. I am getting fed up with going through this cycle of getting rid of symptoms on FID, testing and then getting confused and having a big flare up! I would really like to expand my diet! Many thanks.

Thanks Karen. Sign me up for the consultation packages!! Would love to hear more! What also doesnt help me is that I have to do a fair amount of travel as part of my job so its very difficult to remain 100% compliant with FID when travelling. I'd love to get to a place where I would eat sensibly but could eat cheat meals on occasion, that would make travelling so much easier and less stressful. Thanks again for all that you do and for creating this community which allows me to share thoughts and experiences with people going through similar things this is invaluable for me and has been a real source of comfort on this journey!
