Tapering off Prednisone - OK to start FID?
Hello!
I am tapering off a 40-day Prednisone Rx, have another ~14days to go, started at 40mg tapering 5mg every 5days, I'm wondering how effective FID will be whilst I am on this.

If the skin is a little up and down and temperamental due to tapering off prednisone it might be best to consider the Eczema diet for now. When following the FID it is always best to not have other factors that can confuse results (and coming off steroids can cause the skin to be quite temperamental during this period). When the skin is at a stable stage and not randomly flaring then FID would be suitable to commence. :)
