FID Meals

Hi again,

Sorry, another question popped up but posting separately as it is a slightly different topic from my previous post.

I was just wondering if my FID meals may be the problem with a lack of progress after 2 months on the FID diet? I have found meals that work for me and taste yummy, but have cut out some foods that are FID friendly (but I just don't like to eat!). E.g. I ate tofu rice paper rolls for lunch today (with vegetables such as green beans, mung bean sprouts, cabbage, chives and spring onion) and will make chicken with leeks and gluten-free pasta tonight. Other common meals include beef and similar vegetables with long-grain white rice or fish with rice noodles. I pretty much just rotate these meals for lunches and dinners and usually eat porridge with pear for breakfast. Is this okay?

Thanks again for your amazing help and support.
