Ashwaghanda Benefits but.....
Hi fellow eczemians,
Posting this to topic to see if anyone has had any success with using Ashwaghanda to assist with mood elevations enhancing stress receptors and a boat of other positive benefits. There is always the question of amines and salicylates can anyone or the skin friend team shed some light on its sal or amine stregnth? Thanks all

All herbs, except for chives, garlic and spring onions, contain some level of salicylates (often high) so it should be tested separately on a week where you keep your diet the same and consume no new foods. Not on FID elimination phase. Also avoid liquid tinctures as they usually contain alcohol. Glycerin based or pure powder would be better forms.
I say if you really really want to try something, methodically test it, as described above, as your body will tell you if it’s right for you.
