Eczema Diet and Detox support

When Karen says to continue with your medications while on the Eczema Diet, she's referring to any medications that have been prescribed by your doctor. We don't recommend stopping prescribed medications when starting the program unless your doctor advises you to do so.

Black seed oil isn't considered a prescribed medication, so if you're doing the FID Program, we generally recommend keeping supplements to those included in the program where possible, as introducing additional supplements can make it harder to identify triggers.
