Maintaining weight and omega 3 oil
Remember some time back our conversation on adding oil calories to help maintain weight? I'm about to get back to the eczema diet routine now with my weight up from extended holiday goofing off. (There's my confession.) So, I'm wondering this: Can I take too much? I'm thinking of questions asked before procedures that I've seen in the past. Does it relate more to fish oil-blood thinning etc.?
It's storming here again, so I have time to think of questions...

Thanks for another great question! I hope you had a lovely holiday. Yes, as Jerry has mentioned, it is possible to have too much of a good thing.
The current guidelines recommend sticking to no more than 5 to 6 teaspoons of oil a day. See how you go with this and please do not hesitate to ask any further questions.
