Pork problem?
What is the situation around us Eczema sufferers, and the research behind pork being reactive? Even if it's from a local sustainable pork farmer and contains nothing added?
I wanted to know incase there is another option to add different flavor in my meals through the protein source.
I can only eat low salicylate/histamine veggies, low histamine protein, rice, no sugar/gluten/cashews.
