BBQ'ing fresh meat and Vegetables
So here's a 2 fold question for all. We are on day 3 of ECDiet and we were going to make fresh hamburgers on the Barbie with with veggies. Would the effects of a good ol' gas fire have any impact or contribute to higher sale or amines to the food being cooked?
And question # 2 is what about just plain old hickory smoke using the famous Traeger Smoker Grill? Will that impact the food being cooked? What's the overall consensus with everyone else's experience with the aforementioned? Of course, we need to find out if any of the woods have allergens ,but aside from that what say you? Ad the expression goes.....
