"Is dark chocolate good for you?"
Hello to all! While reading an article in the U.S. in Consumer Reports magazine on - Is dark chocolate really good for you-(nope, I'm not eating it) I was surprised. It said depending on a few things that it could be high in LEAD and CADMIUM. It went on to say that so could spinach, SWEET POTATO and carrots. I LOVE and eat A LOT of SWEET POTATO. It helps to keep constipation at bay. These numbers must reflect soils and handling same as for the cacao beans. ***My thought was just not to eat the skin anymore and forget that I read about it. What do you think about that fun fact?
