Tomatoes or peppers(capsicum)? + Dried fruit choices?
Given that beetroot is now also high, what's best to use out of the red stuff, tomato or peppers? Is there a 'safer' one on balance? Ie, peppers don't have MSGs like tomatoes.
Also, dried fruit. The chart says most dried fruit is very high. What are the exceptions? Are dried figs and apricots just high? Because I want to make a traditional English Christmas cake that's as healthy for the skin as possible!

Thankyou Amelia, that's useful, I think I'll try that - peeled fresh tomatoes - to start with.
