Cheat Day
Well we are 5 days in until we hit 1 week, been rough but positive , he says he sees improvement, whether it's a little or alot ,we will take anything of a performance gain.
So often can we have a cheat day? Of course within limits,. But, what exactly is considered a cheat day? Having one item or several? Of course thats going to depend on each persons tolerance of when to say enough is enough. What would be a reasoanble cheat day?

Hi Jerry, if your son wants to go out for a cheat day, let him know to avoid sauces (as there is a lot of crap in sauces) and aim for steak and chips, decaf coffee and plain foods like chicken and rice and veggies (avoid tomato, avocado, bacon and other itchy dozen foods if possible). Gluten free foods may also be a good option.
