Clarification please
Sweet potatoes out. Pumpkin in. Okay.
When I looked for similar options in the Food Finder I see-- butternut pumpkin. In the US butternut squash doesn't look like a pumpkin. It is however, easy to get and reasonably priced verses our cooking Sugar pumpkins which are neither. Perhaps a picture?

That’s right. Pumpkin is now replacing sweet potato in the general eczema diet program. And If you are doing FID you can add 1/2 medium sized carrot per day (less than 100g is low salicylate). Pumpkin is not allowed in FID.
