Bok Choy
Hi I was at COSTCO today in the states and saw beautiful organic bom choy. The problem was that I couldn't remember if BOK CHOY WAS ON The Eczema Diet guide from a few years ago,but it's not this time on new one, can anyone in the skin friend team shed some light on this?

Hi Jerry, sounds like you needed our Food Finder tool, which you can use to search for foods while out shopping (if you have a smart phone that you can access our website on). You type in Bok choy and it tells you if it's on the diet and all the info you need to know. Food finder is available to everyone on the Advanced membership, 6 month membership or Basic membership.
